Q: How do I personalize my item?

A: In the product page, there is a section where you can enter the text you want us to write on the item you’re purchasing.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free USPS first class shipping on all our items.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: All items are handmade and made to order, party supplies are shipped in 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. We ship Mon-Friday  9am-5pm CST. Orders received after the cut off, adds one day to the delivery estimate.

Q: How long does it take to receive?

A: Items arrive within 1-5 days after shipping with USPS.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: USPS first class mail with Tracking number

Q: What is your Returns and Refunds policies?

A:  We accept returns up to 15 days, just contact us to initiate a return.  You will receive a free return shipping label through email.  Refunds take about 5 days to appear back into your original payment method.

Q: Do we accept exchanges?

A: Yes we accept exchanges on new or unused items , just contact us and we we would love to help you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship within The United States at this time.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?

A: We exclusively accept Amazon Pay as our payment provider. You can use the same payment method stored in your Amazon account, no prime memberships is required.
